Be a Manatho companion in Hyderabad. You help customers with routes, queues and bags in malls and markets. You are paid per booking and choose your own days.

Companion rules

Please read these before you apply. They keep customers and companions safe.

  1. Public places only. Shop with the customer in malls, markets and other public places. No private homes and no private meetings.
  2. Never handle a customer’s money. Do not take, hold or pay with a customer’s cash, cards or UPI. Customers pay for their own shopping and pay Manatho directly.
  3. Luggage. Carry only the day’s shopping bags, up to about 5 kg per bag and 10 kg in total. No suitcases and no illegal or dangerous items. You can say no if something looks too heavy or unsafe.
  4. Valuables stay with the customer. Do not keep a customer’s phone, cash, cards or jewellery. Keep the bags with you and hand them back at the end.
  5. Be on time. Reach the meeting point on time, and message us if you will be late. If you cannot come, tell us as early as you can.
  6. Be respectful and professional. No alcohol or smoking during a booking, and nothing that is not part of the shopping day.
  7. Protect privacy. Use a customer’s name and number only for the booking. Do not share them or add the customer on social media.
  8. Stay in touch with us. Message us when you start and when you finish, and share your live location with us during the booking.
  9. Your safety comes first. If you feel unsafe, you can end the booking, move to a safe public place and call us straight away.
  10. No private deals. Do not ask customers for tips, gifts or extra bookings outside Manatho.

Breaking these rules can mean a warning or removal as a companion.
